How this is calculated
  1. We take your track length and subtract the finial allowance (stud 3 cm, ball 12.2 cm — endcaps take no space).
  2. We divide the remaining length by the glider spacing (60 mm or 80 mm) to get the glider count.
  3. Every glider gives you one hooking position. Each curtain always gets an even number of gliders, rounded up — so a pair of curtains splits the count in two and rounds each side up to the next even number.
